Psalms 116

This Psalm 116 for me is one of thanks to God for protection, especially during child birth. I have great joy in reading this psalm. Verses one and two go like this: "I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live." It explains that after we have put our request before God, He hears and we are satisfied. So, the psalm is saying that as long as I live I will call upon God, because the writer knows that whenever we call He hears and answers us.
