Psalm 23

by Jewell Wilson
(Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica)

I like the Psalm 23 which tells that God prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

This psalm is very special for me because it reveals that bad-minded people have been around from the early days when biblical history started to go in writing. Imagine for so long, people have been wishing for others to die of hunger. It is happening right now in Jamaica. I just thank God and the psalmist for this strong affirmation that a table with food will always be provided for me.
